Meet the Bennett Brothers
Two brothers, one mission: Home Improvements Done Right. For over 25 years, we've been helping families across the tri-state area protect and improve their homes.
Our Story
Southeast Seamless Gutter & Home Improvements, Inc. is a family-owned business. It was started in 1999 by brothers, Todd & Troy Bennett, who have more than two decades of combined experience in the construction industry.
We have the know-how to get your job done right. We take pride in our work and it shows—from the clean-cut appearance of our construction crews to the way we follow-up after the job.
Based in Otoe, Nebraska, we've grown from a small gutter operation to a full-service home improvement company serving the entire tri-state area—from Omaha and Lincoln to Council Bluffs, Shenandoah, and beyond.
Today, much of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals from friends and neighbors. That's the best compliment we could ask for.

Todd Bennett
Todd started his construction career installing drywall. After a few years, he moved on and began working for an Omaha-based company that specialized in gutter and siding installation.
It was here that Todd learned how to properly install gutters, as well as manage crews of installers. He later moved into the role of office manager, overseeing sales, finances, siding, and installations. After working for the Omaha-based company for five years, Todd decided to start his own business.
Since its inception in 1999, Todd has served as president and co-owner of Southeast Seamless Gutters & Home Improvements. He oversees the financial side of the business and manages the company's sales and marketing efforts.
In addition, he installs gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Todd also takes the lead on the design and installation of decks, kitchens, bathrooms, and basement remodels.

Troy Bennett
Troy began his career at a heating and air company in Lincoln, Nebraska. He then spent four years working as a crew manager, project estimator and installer for an Omaha-based gutter company.
In 1999, Troy co-founded Southeast Seamless Gutters & Home Improvements. As vice-president and co-owner, Troy now supervises crews and plays an active role in the installation of every project—from decks to gutters and siding.
He is also responsible for hiring skilled workers, ordering materials, and managing project schedules. Troy's hands-on approach ensures every job meets our high standards.

How We Do Things
We're not the biggest company out there, and we're fine with that.
We'll Be Straight With You
If your gutters just need cleaning, we'll tell you. We've talked ourselves out of plenty of jobs over the years—our neighbors don't need us overselling them.
No Strangers in Your Yard
We don't sub out work to random crews. You'll see the same familiar faces on every job, and they know the drill—show up when we said, pick up our mess, respect your property.
We Actually Call You Back
We check in after jobs. If something's not right, we want to know about it—and we'll come back and fix it. We live here too; we see our customers at the grocery store.

We've been up on roofs since before some of these storm-chaser outfits existed. Impact-resistant shingles, metal, flat roofs—we know what holds up in Nebraska weather because we've seen what doesn't.
